Most clients work with me on an ongoing basis, typically meeting monthly. This creates consistency while allowing flexibility to focus on what is most relevant in the moment. The work evolves based on your role, priorities, and what you’re navigating in real time.

For those who prefer a more defined structure, I also offer short-term engagements designed to support specific goals or transitions.
